Great game to keep kids busy when traveling. There is no charger, you have to buy separate.

I am very pleased with the purchase of the new Nintendo 3ds for my sons 6th birthday gift, as a parent I am not for war and other explicit games out there and the new gaming device allows me to control all the games I feel suitable esp. for a 6 year old boy.

The best part that my son likes about this is that it has Super Stable 3D. His other old 3DS stopped working, so we got a new one and did the Nintendo Network ID (NNID) transfer. But it's super stable 3D, which means you can move your head around and still get 3D!!!

Our daughter was really wanting a new 3DS XL so, when her birthday came along, we went ahead and splurged. Have not had any problems with it whatsoever. She has a lot of fun playing her games. Additional features that her previous 3DS didn't have so she enjoys that too!

My only problem with it is the fact that the cards it came with aren't registering properly... probably because they are somewhat bent. Someone at the manufacturing company who bent them should be more careful. I can't imagine how else they could have been bent.

I really like the concept of this New Nintendo 3DS. A very vibrant purple galaxy style portable console~ i also know that you can change the plates of this console as well! so that is a plus. i recommend!

not as big as most people would think. super fun n the games are great even when using the 3D feature.

I used to own an older 3dsXL and was not really happy with it. They have made some very nice improvements to the newer model and has pprompted me to try it 1 more time and I found it was well worth the wait. I aam having a lot better experience with this model.

Great gaming system for my 5 year old and loves to play with it but does not come with a charger

I didn't know what to expect when I bought this device as I had read that the quality of the image was not the best due to it being the XL version. My son loves it, and the image quality is great. It is also easy to hold. Not as big as I thought it would be.

The game player is great. The folks at the Winchester store were extremely helpful thru the entire buying process. The young lady that helped us , I don't know her name, was the most helpful sales person /cashier I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The only difference that I found in this one was the color of the buttons, the couldn't find the difference between this one and the older model.

3d is really good, i was really surprised. Kinda scared about what it may be doing to vision though.

The NEW Nintendo 3DS is a great deal for the best portable gaming. For anyone who has never owned a 3DS this is an incredible value and the library of games available is great. The new hardware is much better than the last few versions and makes playing even older 3DS games more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a more fulfilling portable gaming experience than what their smartphone has to offer.

I have the first DSxl and haven't updated my DS since. I was ready to make the decision to go for the 3DS for the fact that it is amiibo capable. The ds also has a huge game library and are able to buy more past games on line. So far I am enjoying it.

Bought the new 3DS XL for my son. He wanted something portable to take along on trips and what not. The build is pretty solid. The graphics are very good. Sound is also very good. My only complaints would be that it did not come with an AC adapter and the menu is not as snappy as I thought it would be. The 3D feature didn't "wow" us either. But the game selection is decent and it keeps the young one occupied.

I like how they fixed the start and select buttons back to how they used to be. Better hardware inside and some faster processing. The black color is great. Don't forget screen protectors and a nice clear casino game to protect and enjoy the beautiful black!

Would have been nice to include a charger rather than as a separate purchase

Got this because Nintendo doesn’t do technical support on the original 3DS model. Picked this over the 2DS because I wanted the 3D option. Disappointed it didn’t come with it’s own charger, and access to the SD card requires unscrewing the back. Other than that, a solid handheld with a wide library of games.

My boys loved these! Unusual and unique when we go anywhere people ask where we got them!
