Great handheld system, just to be clear it does not come with a game or charger. It is still worth the money, great resolution and battery life. It is backward compatible with ds, dsi, 2ds and with the eshop you can download all the greatest hits from the past.

You don't realize just how much stuff there so to do with a 3ds even without bought games. The augmented reality is really cool and streetPass is an interesting section too. I never would have thought of Netflix on it or playing the old SNES games on it!

The system is great as before. The only downside is that it does not come with a charger!!!!!!

I love the better 3D viewing range compared to previous 3D models, and SNES games are only on the New 3DS, which are something I enjoy, but overall there's not many incentives to upgrade unless you just have the spare cash laying around or happen to need a new 3DS (no pun intended). Xenoblade Chronicles is a fun New 3DS handheld exclusive though, and Hyrule Warriors runs much better here than on the 3DS, which is also nice.

The only real reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is because it doesn't come with a charger.

Got it for my nephew for his b-day and loves it.store didn't have the color he wanted but it wasn't a problem.the battery life is better on this model.which is a good thing for going on road trips or just to keep them entertained.must have for the kids.

I haven't had a handheld device since gameboy long ago. This device is excellent with amazing graphic display. It is very convenient with a pretty good battery life. The fact that you can go to the nintendo store and download nostalgic games is way cool.

At Christmas time I buy Nintendo 3D XL for my son ,( I have buy 1 Nintendo 3D before ) . And this 3D XL is not good because in box they don't have a power charger ( wall charger ) . I know any Nintendo before all have a charger, I wish next Nintendo.., They have charger for kid . And I return open I don't know how much the value Nintendo lost .

Bought this product for my son. It kept his attention for about a week. He already has an iPad, WiiU etc. so he prefers those products.

Bought as Christmas presents a few years ago. They were hard to find at the time. Best Buy had them and were cheaper than most other retailers. We picked up in store and staff could not have been any nicer.

Comfortable console, good for casual gaming it would be nice to have power cord included

The 3DS is a wonderful gaming device. It has many surprises and works very well for great games. It's well-built and the battery life is fantastic. And BB price matched what I paid when the price went down to $175. Good job BB. Highly recommend.

The only reason I gave 3 stars because Nintendo decided not to include the charger by assuming that the customer already had one from previews purchase. I bought this as First Communion gift for my niece and had to purchase additional charger so she could use it and the price was still the same as back when Nintendo included the charger.

My 7 yr old loves his 3DS. I love the parental controls that allow me to keep him safe connecting with other players. He doesn't like the 3D though, so the slider is perfect. Definitely get a case and screen protector it is fragile like a phone.

this little handheld is super fun and addicting. I absolutely love to use it and I still own it. The best part about it is the battery life and the ability to play so many of the old game via the nintendo store. games are cheap.

It works fine but I think it's stupid that you have to buy the charge cord separately, otherwise I would've given it a higher rating.

You can skip this if you already know, but buying this in the store, we almost missed the fact that this doesn't come with a charger. The Best Buy employee pointed it out to us so we could buy a charger. The DS works well, no complaints or issues here!

looks just like the box and is large. just wish it would come with charger.
