For the price, it's missing a charger. I may have missed it but it surely should have been more clearly stated that this $350 product that I'm buying as a christmas present and requires charging prior to use, will not contain the option to charge it or play it right away without separate purchase. Other then that, it's very nice

This is the perfect handheld for those who want to game in bed or on the go. Looks like Nintendo is still making games for it which is awesome. The switch is just too much and not enough battery. The 3DS has a great battery! Would recommend.

Very easy to use, compact AND trendy. My 10 yr old loves it, and mom LOVES the warranty.

Last DS I had was the Lite version, and decided to buy this one since everybody was getting into the Pokemon frenzy. Overall, solid build, with good functionality.. Battery can be an issue for heavy users, but nonetheless a good, cohesive product.

My grandson loves his DS. Had to make a road trip to find one. But Ryan our salesman was the best. He had a line and still managed to help me others without a blip and remained pleasant. He knew his business. Give him a raise, he deserves it

I bought this for my friend and he has enjoyed it very much. Great for all ages and anyone who likes to game! I also got geek squad protection on it just in case and would recommend especially if purchasing for younger children.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. Definitely his favorite item. Lots of features and gameplay options. Although, for or the price, I think they really should include a charger. That seems like a big oversight on the part of Nintendo.

I give it 4stars just because it was missing the charger cord .Had to order a new one

This is my first Nintendo handheld since the Gameboy Advance, and I'm glad I skipped a few generations of the DS, and picked up the New 3DS XL. Great battery life, good feel in the hand while playing games and loads of titles to choose from.

My daughter's original 3DS XL flip screen broke off and was in 2 pieces, so finally decided to replace it for her. She loves It! There are some improve features and she plays with it several times per week. I am hoping this system is a bit sturdier than the last. We've had trouble with the flip screen on not only the previous 3DSXL but also 2 original sized DS's, and she's careful with her things.

Lots of great games available for the 3DS including some of the old school games for us who have been playing since the NES. The 3D feature is a cool novelty but gets old after a little bit. I rarely use that feature anymore but still play daily.

This game gives peace and keeps my daughter from driving me insane with 50 million questions. Plus there are some decent games on here that promote problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as strategy. Great BUY!!!

I enjoy it. I bought it for the daughter to play Pokémon and she's enjoyed it a lot.

My 6yr old loves his Nintendo. He plugs ear phones into the Nintendo and plays away. Best Buy offered the most competitive price, I can always find a variety of Nintendo gaming in stock at Best Buy and customer service is consistently awesome.

I really want to return it and get the switch but it's past the date for return because I got it and it was good, but I suck at Mario. Get the switch unless you want to play pokemon sun and moon or yo-kai watch or something like that.

I love the size but it doen not come with a charger which was disappointing

Overall a very good product in it's category. Doesn't come with the charger.
