A Great Successor!

Amazing handheld gaming piece

The new features on this edition are a have to have for Zelda games or monster unlimited 4. It's a great buy!

Great 3DS XL

She has been asking for a 3DS to replace her DSi and the thing that finally sold us were the new features it offered and the fact that she can play her old games on this new system as well.

Good upgrade

I like that this one flips open and closed (the old one did not, which meant it really needed a case to make sure the screen didn't get scratched). He really likes it.

Great system

The second analog stick is a nice bonus, much better than using the circle pad pro. Hopefully they release some more games that take advantage of it.

If I could say any negative at all, it would be the transfer of files between this and my old 3DS is not very smooth. But, it's probably a buggy software patch.

OF COURSE IT EXCEEDS THE CHILDS EXPECTATIONS, BUT WHAT I DID NOT KNOW WAS THAT THE FACT THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH A CHARGER AND IS SOLD SEPARATELY. HE HAD TO WAIT TO PLAY UNTIL THE DAY AFTER BECAUSE I, OF COURSE, DID NOT PURCHASE IT. I FIGURED IT JUST DIDNT COME IN THE BOX, AS DID THE EMPLOYEE, BUT THERE IS TEENY TINY PRINT THAT STATES OTHERWISE.
