Bought this for my 9 year old son for Christmas. He had a regular 3DS but wanted this for the larger screen size. Plays with it all the time. He and his brothers played Mario Kart 7 most of the way on a 2,000 mile car trip over New Years.

I was all geared up to buy a PS Vita before a friend convinced me to get a 3DS. He was right, I was wrong. Great system, tons of great games. The larger screen makes a huge difference compared to the regular 3DS. Definitely spend the extra money to get the larger screen. Great for gaming on the go.

We had one 3DSi and one copy of Animal Crossing. My children AND WIFE constantly fought over it. A 3DSxl was bought with another copy of Animal Crossing to help settle the fighting down. The size of the screen is wonderful compared to the old 3DS. The fighting...Well, it is sad to say, did not quit. So...yep...You guessed it. A second 3DSxl was bought, along with a third copy of Animal Crossing. So, I guess we would have to say, we would buy this product again...or maybe we shouldn't have ever bought one. Hindsight...*sigh...

Nintendo has made a few remakes of my favorite games and they all play AMAZING on the Nintendo 3ds

previously owned a 3DS, it was a great handheld, but thought the screen was a little on the small side. ended up giving that to my daughter. my son gave me a 3DS-XL for my birthday. This time, the screen size was perfect for me. So now I can play my 3D games again on a slightly bigger screen.

I always wanted a Nintendo and now it went on sale I bought and I am very happy with my purchase

While the kids play on the iPad and Kindle a lot this is specific for them and they love it.

would definitely recommend to all gamers this continues the long line of great games from nintendo

I love the Nintendo 3DS XL as well as Pokemon Omega Ruby.

games are expensive and warrAnties too they already have ds but this 3ds feature is more real and had other games. I don't like to check the parental control all the time because they want To play with others and chat.

I'm daughter really enjoyed getting a 3ds xl for her birthday. She plays with it everyday.

My stepson loves his 3ds! He won't put it down. I bought him super smash Bros 2 to go with it.

Just as good as the remodeled version. Spotpass is wierd though and have no clue where to go.
