My son loves it! The ds xl is so much better with a ton of games to choose from. The system is made very soundly.

My 6-year old son plays with this for hours and it's great to throw in the bag for long car rides or restaurants.

Can take 3d pictures and 3d video. Do not need glasses to use. Large Screen.

Bought this for my high tech seven year old grandson. He loves it.

I've already had two 3DS' before and they both had issues with the touch screen. The second one's hinge also stopped working correctly (though that was really my fault, got too scared playing REvelations and jerked the system). Still got great use out of both, but wished they didn't have these issues. Well, the XL model has been perfect so far. I really do love it!

Purchased the 3DS XL for his birthday,he loves it. Awesome graphics,loaded with extras. He can't put it down.

quick start to gaming... more features than I've been able to access as of yet. 3d experience adds a lot to fun

The gaming unit is pretty durable. The volume is low, the graphics are a bit on the weak side, but overall, decent battery life and fun distraction for the kids on a trip. A bit expensive for what you get but worth an upgrade from 2D

Prett good game but the 3D looks weird and hurts your eyes after a while. The internet takes forever to load and I can't get videos to play. It keeps telling me I need Adobe Flashplayer but it won't let me download it. Maybe I am doing something wrong. As far as playing games it is great.
