I picked up the 3DS XL alongside a copy of Pokemon X. Everything benefits from the 3D slider with as little or as much of the 3D effect as you desire. Controls are smooth and the thumbstick is great for manuevering.

This portable system is a great alternative to phone games. Love the 3d with no glasses needed!

My daughter just loves the Ninentdo 3DSxl. The screen is so much bigger than the old version.

I got 2 of these for my twin boys and they loved it.

Besides the fact that there is no protection case for the 3DS xl, I don't have anything negative to say about this product.

Nintendo 3DS XL is my first portable gaming device since the first generation GameBoy, and the ability to download and play those very old games took me back to my childhood. The card games require gamer to move around the room, which defies the notion that gamers are hopeless couch potatoes. 3D visuals remain blurry regardless of the depth setting, will probably require some getting used to the right angle to enjoy.

I bought this for my goddaughter since she's been wanting one forever! Her parents say she's always using it. The screen is big and you get your money's worth especially at the sale price. I definitely recommend!

I like the console for my kid's and they love it. I like the parental controls, just wish I had a way of locking it remotely so I can limit time spent on it. Hard to do with multiple kids using it. Also I was not pleased with Best Buy concerning their price match policy. I purchased this on cyber Monday sale, only to see it two weeks later $20.00 less. Called customer service to get refund for difference. The gentleman I spoke with said we will send you a gift card for the difference in the mail, and an e-mail confirmation of this issue. Four days later still no e-mail, I called again and was told we don't give price match on Black Friday sales. Say what you mean and mean what you say! You don't price match! Last thing I ever purchase from you!

Great buy, perfect for kids of all ages especially little kids to keep them occupied.

Wonderful upgrade from the DSi. My son enjoys the bigger screen and doesn't have to be 3D.

Usually play MMO RPGs, but have not touched them since getting the new 3 DS XL. Lot of fun.
