My brother is a special needs guy, and this gadget is a great time filler during stressful trips and transition times. It is holding up really well, and he plays pretty hard some of the time. I wish there were more E rated games that are not 10 & older because he needs to be successful some of the time. He really likes the game & will trade time on it against his time on the Wii U.

It is better than the regular 3DS because of the screen size. It performs well.

Picked this system up specifically for the new Pokemon release and I have never been happier with a Nintendo handheld system. While the 2DS offers the same game functionality, the extra money is worth the screen protection that the folding design provides. The game selection is expanded well beyond Pokemon as well, so I am sure I'll get my money's worth out of this little guy.
