Kids enjoy it. Easy even for my 4 yr old. And there are games that are suitable for younger children unlike other handhelds.

Great for old and young, beginners and pros. Well priced. Screen large enough to see but system not to big for small hands

I ordered this to catch up on the ever expanding pokemon series in expectation for x and y and it delivered on more levels than expected.

My six year old absolutely loves his 3ds xl. It's a little pricey but worth the money. There's a big selection of games for the system. Great for early learners as well (reading & math games available).

When I heard that they were making a Link to the Past Sequel for the 3DS I finally picked one up on sale along with Fire Emblem. Not a bad update to Nintendo's DS system. I just think they could do so much better if they stopped focusing on gimmicks (touchscreen/3D/etc).

I bought the Nintendo 3DS XL as a birthday present for my daughter, at her request. She plays games on it regularly and seems to be quite happy with it. She's only had it for about a month, so I can't say anything about how durable it is, but so far, so good.

I had previously owned a 3DS when they first came out and was satisfied with it then, but had not used it very often. Now Nintendo has built a great library of games for the system with even more titles coming out this year such as Zelda and Pokemon. Highly recommended.

The Nintendo gives parents the ability to monitor and limit their children's online access with parental controls. The device also allows you to reduce and even turn off the 3D feature for younger players.

I brought this for my 7yrs old and he loves. Especially when were out shopping he brings it along and doesn't even notice how long we've been in the mall for.

I love my 3DS. I was stuck with the DSLite for a while, but I waited until a new Pokemon Game was announced for the 3DS, and I wish I bought it earlier. the only complain is I wish they had the full black 3DS announced earlier so I would of made a different purchase

I played Nintendo handhelds since they were released but stopped at the Nintendo DS. Since Pokemon X & Y were released I was interested in buying the 3DS XL. Well, it is awesome! And now I am buying other games because Nintendo never fails with their handhelds.

I did not know how positive it would be for the kids. Not only do I still have trouble getting them to put it away, I use it as a goal for good behavior and consequence when they are not obedient. My daughter can travel with it for entertainment instead of the iPad.

I bought the blue 3ds Xl. I love it, I have no problems with it. I bought some old gameboy games from the internal virtual console. They were only 3 or 4 dollars. However, they are not on color, but either black and white or a greenish tint. Still look great though.

My grandchildren have a few of the games and use it for photos. Love the fact that they can draw faces on the photos.

Fun handheld. Upgraded from the ds lite. Good battery life if the 3d is on but minimal setting-which works for me.

I bought it for my boyfriend and he acts like a lil kid again. After I gave it to him I had to make him go to bed he would not put it down. And I also bought my own games and love to use it as well

I bought it for my 8 year old and he loves it! It was easy for him to figure out and he enjoys playing it away from the house on car rides. It has only been a couple of months but it seems durable. I got the 1 year protection plan as well just in case.

Bought it for my son as a gift and he absolutely loved it. The battery last 8 hours while we were on the road.

I primarily bought this to play the the Zelda game and it didn't disappoint the 3d is a little much for me but you can just turn it off so thats great i would recommend it if you love the Link or Zelda games they are all available on the online store.

I've always wanted a 3Ds. I love the Pokemon and Ledgend of Zelda games! This system offered so much more than my dsXl. I would highly recommend it!
