A must-own RPG for Nintendo 3DS. Truly magnificent.

This is a must own in order to follow the next sequel in Wii U i recommended a good purchase those who enjoy sic-fi RPGS.

I liked the gameplay of it. I haven't gotten too far yet though so I can't give a great review, but I would recommend! :)

As an overall game, it's fantastic. Story, art, all great. My main issue is the fact that if you try to play it in 3D, you will find that the enemy title bars are not rendered in 3D. So say you have an enemy far away, the title bar is still rendered at screen depth. This is extremely distracting, and causes one to refocus to see the 2 different objects which should be rendered at the same depth. i have turned off 3D for this game, unfortunately (and that's the gimmick!).

Like it so far, graphically inferior to the Wii version, but a good trade off for something on the go RPG wise.

Ambitious, sprawling and fully engaging, perfect for an on the go RPG, or to sit and sink hours into at a time.

One of the best RPG's for the new Nintendo 3ds system. Attractive story line lots of fun. Highly recommended.

The game is expansive and immersive... But just not quite as nice as it was on the big screen. For me the portability of this version makes it all worth it. Also the price is a bit nicer. hard to find the wii version for under 60 and this version almost always beats that. Maybe one day a version will get put on the eshop for wii u... but as of today's review not yet.

3DS graphics for this game hurt it. Wii U version in terms of graphics were much better. Story is awesome.

I did not play this game on the original wii, but I did purchase it for the new 3ds. It runs surprisingly well given the large scale of the game. There are apparently a lot of textures and details that were sacrificed in order to make the transition, but the game is still fun nevertheless.

If you've never played Xenoblade like I haven't then this game is definitely for you. I'm new to the series and apparently finding a copy for the wii is very very hard so this new version for the NEW 3DS XL is a perfect addition to the 3DS's amazing game collection. So far I'm feeling it.

While a Wii U version of this game would have been great Nintendo did a really good job with this port.

With the release of Xenoblade Chronicles, I wanted to go back and play the original but I wasn't so thrilled that it was a Wii exclusive with its clunky remote. The game doesn't look as good as other 3D titles (lots of pixels), but the added features more than makes up for it.

This game is fantastic. Only about 10-15 hours in, but it's easily a reason to buy the New 3DS. I don't know why someone would want to play this on the Wii console, so props to Nintendo for putting it on a handheld. Honestly it feels like it was made specifically for this console.

Lots of stuff to do and micromanage, great battle system. Graphics are dated and 3d effect, meh.

I played this game without ever playing the original Wii version. The visuals aren't that great, but they aren't a dealbreaker either. It is a very addicting game with loads of sidequests. If you're looking for a long, fun game, this is the best you're gonna get on the 3DS.

I did not get to play the original release of this game because I really was not into this type of game plus I did not have a Wii at the time. I decided to buy it this time around & am glad I did. The game is really massive offers lots of game play value, plus it is fun.
