Unit looks good and pictures are displayed well. Easy to set up and use.

Don't like that there are different tiers, the better behind a paywall. Outside of that, it's great to be able to instantly display my photos.

I would give this product 5 stars except for one major issue: it was NOT simple to get installed and connected. Finally had to use a wireless network I didn't want since I couldn't get it to connect with the planned network. Help was basically worthless! Otherwise, it works great and there are many contributors adding photos to the frame from all around the country. This was installed in an apartment in an Assisted Living facility for a 90-year-old totally devoid of any technical skills, so hung on the wall to keep hands off so it would continue to work.

This was a gift for a grandfather. It was easy to set up and he is enjoying the photos others are uploading.

I bought two of these for grandparents so that we could remotely add pictures as we acquire them. Both of them love this frame. It's got a great screen and a very simple user interface. It has free cloud storage up to a certain capacity (I think it's 2000 images). After that you can pay a small yearly fee to unlock more. It can also play videos. Very happy with this model.

The frame is very solid, nice looking and feels quality. The software, on the other hand is clunky at best, user-hostile in actuality. You get marketing emails for using the photo upload portal. Overall I’m not thrilled with this but not annoyed enough to return it. I guess that’s what they were going for.

Everything is awesome on this device. EXCEPT I need a subscription to speak to customer service on weekends and to make device fully functional
