The mount looks like a nice mount. But have to double check it's for your correct model TV. I was told by best buy it was correct and it was not. Double check yourself

Geek squad was unable to use this mount, however they had the proper mount for this application and exchanged it at no additional cost.

The mount is ok. Nothing really special about. Got it on sale. if did not get on sale I would be mad I did not just get a regular mount.

This bracket is so thin and beautiful, it would be gorgeous if it works in your home. Due to the spacing of the small holes, it will only mount on your wall if your wall studs are the exact spacing of the holes, which is not the case in brand new tract housing. I recommend using a stud finder to measure your home's space between studs, then measure the bracket, and if it works for you, definitely buy it.

It’s not the products fault bc it’s a solid item. It just didn’t fit my tv and it said it did so gotta return

make sure your wall is perfectly flat. No protruding outlets, etc.

Lots of points to mount wall plate but only 4 tiny screws/bolts hold the plate to the back of the tv!

While the Secacus branch specialist helped us buy the TV and the mount together, he told us later that the branch does not have them. Suggested us to pick them up at Jersey City branch which gave us a wrong and thus unfit mount. We had to return the mount. We also concurrently bought 82" which we scheduled to deliver and install on 8/2. We confirmed a few times and later found it was not delivered due to conflicts between BB Geek team and its 3rd party deliver company. Even now Monday 8/5, BB customer service says he does not know where the TV is, cannot cancel the order and cannot reschedule the delivery. I need to wait a call from BB to reschedule the delivery??? Terrible experience.

It's a great idea but it has no ability to adjust the center. If you are mounting it it must be centered on a stud. If your stud is not centered on your fireplace, you can't adjust it. Or if you want to center it over anything.

This mount in no way is flexible. When I located the center of my room the wall mount did not line up with any of the studs in the wall. Furthermore if I were to mount it with the closest studs (off center), the mount does not allow for the tv to move along the wall mount to center it. I ultimately had to return it for another mount. This wall mount needs perfect conditions in order to use it.

Didnt work as stated..could not use on Samsung Q7 as hoped

The distance between wall studs matter, which was not known by the salesman. This should be instructed to the salesman so that the purchase could have been the alternative wall mount that fits the studs

Representative told me this would fit my q70 55” tv. When I got home I notice it was the completely wrong wall mount and my girlfriend threw out the receipt I couldn’t return it. Waste of money

Mount does not work with 2019 models as Samsung discontinued the no gap feature on their 2019 models. Technology is supposed to get better each year, not worse.

A WALL MOUNT WAS IN THE BOX WITH THE TV. SO I DID NOT NEED THE WALL MOUNT
