A: There are 2 pieces to the mount. One piece mounts to the back of the TV. One piece to the wall. The piece that mounts to the back of the TV is 4 screws and fixed. Can't adjust it besides the tilting. Although, two mounting pieces when connected together does allow very slight adjustments (like 1-3 degrees) to make sure the TV is horizontal. A: The greyish power cord mentions in the instructions it is for the 2017 model and it is very long and angled, that's all that is mentioned. I assume if you are not using the one connect fiber cable it's so you can get the cord in just right since this mount is no gap (Almost no room).
