Nice phone for the price. Will made. Nokia is still the best

So far this is my second Nokia device, I must say that performance is great and also is really good with updates, overall really satisfied.

Being an Android One phone, it gets the updates quickly. I like the square shape, rather than a "soap dish" shape. Very durable. Build quality seems sturdy. And it has NFC!

Now that Nokia uses the Android One operating system, you get a great phone with up-to-date software in a great package. Nice camera too. You can't beat this phone for the price.

If the camera is not that important to you then this phone will definitely get the job. This phone already has latest version of Android which is nice. Get my security updates monthly. Never received those with HTC phone. Camera is average at best. Do not buy this phone if you take a ton of photos. Works great for email, texting, phone, etc.

This phone runs Android One. It is faster than a premium 'carrier phone' without the bloatware! It also gets monthly security updates. Nokia on the Cricket network is hard to beat!

this is a nice phone. it is very fast. the screen resolution is good. it is easy to navigate. the only thing i dont like is the battery. it goes down very fast. for example, i set a timer and then researched some ring tones and 4% of the charge went down but also on the flip side, it charges up fast. it charged 60% in 1.5 hours.

Very nice smartphone, works like I expected. Slight problem with Tracfone Global Connect app, but it has a workaround. Not exactly a dual SIM; the second slot is either SIM or memory, not both. I'm satisfied with the overall appearance and usefulness. I would recommend it.

PROS •Good design: phone feels solid and sturdy, single body design made of aluminum •Android One means consistent updates •Can utilize a MicroSD card •Responsive customer support (with a caveat) CONS The version of Android on this phone lacks the following: •Ability to move Apps to MicroSD: you can't install an App, and then move it to the MicroSD to save internal space. This appears to be a feature that is controlled by manufacturer, and not the OS itself. For instance, on the LG G3's Android 6, you can move Apps to the MicroSD. •Ability to scramble the PIN on the lock screen. This was also available on the LG G3 •No removable battery. Sadly, no one appears to be interested in making phones that have removable batteries. See below for why I dislike this. •Repair service is slower than a stationary rock. The Nokia 6.1 I purchased had an issue where it would not charge past a certain percentage. Sometimes it was 74%, sometimes it was 81%. Either way, the battery icon would show a flashing lightning bolt once it reached said percentage. I thought this was a software issue, but after communicating with Nokia customer support, I was instructed to send the phone in for a warranty repair. It's been a month now and I still haven't heard a peep about my phone. The warranty tracking service on Nokia's site merely indicates the phone was received; it doesn't even show that it was evaluated. Makes me think it's sitting on a desk. tl;dr I've owned this phone for about 69 days. For the latter 31 of those days, the phone has been sitting somewhere, awaiting warranty repair. Timeline, for anyone who's interested: •04/09/19 : Phone purchased •04/27/19 : Contacted Nokia customer support about battery charging issue •04/27/19 : Nokia customer support responded and asked some questions •04/29/19 : Answered questions •05/05/19 : Nokia customer support responded with additional troubleshooting steps •05/05/19 : Responded after troubleshooting methods yielded no results •05/10/19 : Nokia customer support suggested repair, and created shipping label •05/17/19 : Phone received by Nokia for warranty repair •06/03/19 : Contacted Nokia about status of repair; the rep I spoke with couldn't tell me more than what the site said •06/13/19 : No change in status; repair site still only shows phone having been delivered at repair center •06/17/19 : No change in status; repair site still only shows phone having been delivered at repair center I've contacted them again today for updates. We'll see what they have to say.

Amazing experience with Pure Android One which is at par with Google Pixel Phones. Hardware build quality is also at par with them so why spend 700?? So far so good.

This phone does everything I need it to. (I had an iPhone before it, and I don't even miss my iPhone.) My one complaint about this phone would be that apps sometimes take a while to open. Other than that, this phone meets all of my expectations. Plus, it is very sturdy and it holds a charge for a long time.

I needed an inexpensive unlocked phone and this fit the bill. Excellent build quality and the latest version of android with guarantees for future updates.

Yippee. Nokia came again and have good phones in deal in Best Buy and I bought this for my mom and it’s really nice with camera and voice features.
