I’ve purchased these watch bands in the past and have been happy up until late. Given the purchased dates Best Buy would not take the return back because it was a couple of weeks out. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t care about having happy customers. For the price that these Nomad 42mm watch bands cost it is so not worth the money.

This product arrives and it appeared that someone had purchased it and used it prior to returning it. The leather was worn, and it was missing a loop to retain the strap. Our leather straps are made from minimally treated, vegetable tanned leather from one of America's oldest tanneries, Horween, located in Chicago. Brand new unused and minimally treated leather can be stiff at first, but it is designed to beautifully patina with time, creating a handsome, rich leather strap with a look that is uniquely yours.
