I’ve purchased these watch bands in the past and have been happy up until late. Given the purchased dates Best Buy would not take the return back because it was a couple of weeks out. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t care about having happy customers. For the price that these Nomad 42mm watch bands cost it is so not worth the money.

This product arrives and it appeared that someone had purchased it and used it prior to returning it. The leather was worn, and it was missing a loop to retain the strap. I returned to the store, and I purchased from Nomad directly.

Within one month of having it, the leather started coming apart and it began to fade. He has another band he switches off with to workout with, and barely wore this band. Tried to take it back to Best Buy but since they only have a 15 day return policy (so lame), they couldn’t do anything. Very upset with the Nomad company for making such a poorly made product, and upset with Best Buy for selling it and not taking care of their customer’s needs and returning it. I won’t ever be buying from this company again and will think twice next time before I purchase anything from Best Buy.
