After assembled and fitted to my wrist, I really like the watch band. It feels really top notch and high quality. However, that doesn’t explain the issue that I had to navigate. Upon opening the package the box appears to include only the watch band and adjustment tool. As someone who did not know how to adjust a watch band, I ended up taking off one of the very end pieces to try to make the adjustment; this was not correct. I was hoping to see instructions on how to do the adjustment before attempting, but the box didn’t appear to include instructions. However, after going on the company’s website to search for instructions after having issues, I learned that the instructions were placed beneath the foam insert, which was very inconspicuous and not easily noticeable. As a result of taking off one of the end pieces, I ended up somehow breaking a pin that was important for the clasp. Fortunately the pin only affected one small part and didn’t affect the overall use of the watch, but that means I’m not using the watch band properly. Overall the watch band is pretty nice, but unfortunately a packaging issue has created some disappointment with the watch band.

This band is awesome, I had purchased the cheaper $30 band like this and the difference is quite drastic. The cheaper one would always pop off but it didn’t bother me that much. This band on the other hand has never popped off once, doesn’t get scratched easily or discolored either.

Bought this band to have a more formal look for my watch. It fits the bill easily. It included a kit to remove links, so it fits perfectly. Very happy with the purchase
