Screw fell off

Item looks sharp with a gold face. Also wish the holes would be closer. It is a little loose and the 2nd band to keep it tight is too big.

Appears it came from a local store. Was a Christmas gift that left recipient disappointed. Could not get it replaced when we went to store.

AirPod case is just a silicon jacket, that is really hard to take it off if you want. I almost break cover of the case while taking it off. End of returning this product.

DO NOT BUY

I went to Nomad's website and followed the instructions (use the lightening cable to push the AirPods through the case) and it doesn't work. The case is too tight. I've been trying to get it off for days. My husband has tried as well. I even contacted Nomad via email and they will no respond. Worst purchase ever.

Wristband broke after minimal use and the air pods case was okay.. mainly plastic if I’m being honest. I picked up a beautiful leather AirPods case from native union for 10 dollars. Wasn’t happy with the quality it I’m being honest
