This gpu runs quit. In my experience so far It eats everything you throw at it in 2k but once you jump up to 4k you start to strain the card. So if your looking for 4k go with 2 1070s or 1 1080. Overall I would recommend this gpu.

This was bought to replace my GTX 980. I am a professional video editor not a gamer. From my findings, this card is much better for games than my old 980 but only slightly better for video editing... hopefully adobe premiere will update their code to make better use of the 1070. I am happy with the card but honestly I have yet to put it through its paces with any games.

I love Nvidia's products, and especially their graphic cards. If you're looking for a replacement card that gives you full gaming playing experience without the sacrifice of paying the additional $200 for the GTX 1080, then the 1070 is the one for you! Also, you will enjoy a great VR EXPERIANCE THAT IS FULLY IMMERSIVE for those of us with either Oculus Rift or HTC Vive!

Replaced my 390x with this card and have absolutely no regrets. Fantastic card for the money. The performance is incredible - so far I've been able to play all of my normal games on Ultra without any sacrifice in playability.

Anytime right now that you can get a GPU at MSRP, is a deal! I am gaming with it and not mining. I love this GPU. It is solid and easily overclockable.

it's cheaper than it's counterpart, the 1080, but still pumps out some serious power. It gives great power for all the games I have without breaking the bank. It should be staying in my rig for the next few years.

The card is great. It performs perfect in almost all the games available for PC out there. But I also have a GTX1070 SC to SLI with this one. Here is the thing: The other card runs at 62C under load. This card runs at 82C. When you put them next to each other in your case, and make them run together, this card goes up to 86C while gaming while the other still stays at 62C, and you hear it working if you are close to the case.

I'm really glad I was able to get this card at a good price. I know its outdated now with the 2070 and 2080 out. But it is still a very good graphics card for the games I play :)

I haven't been enjoying games for years since I had older hardware. This card was like night and day performance over my old gear. Cranked up the resolution and now happy to stalk my prey in HD.

This card is absolutely amazing! Even though you may be paying a little bit more upfront for it, it is a DirectX12 card, and it will more than likely last you a good 2-3 years to play all of your games, as well as run any movies or anything else on you system. After installing it on my system, everything ran flawless, with Windows 10, and I have enjoyed it so much. Plus, having the extra GB on the card is amazing. Nvidia exceeded my expectations with this card, and I know anyone looking for a great gaming card to add to their personalized PC will thoroughly enjoy this little treat.

This card runs great at 1080p and 1440p. stays cool an does not thermal throttle. worth the money.

My grandson is very satisfied with the product. He was really excited about the difference it made for his gaming experience. He says it really made a difference in his computer for his gaming needs.

I'm happy with the blower style of this cooler on this video card as I don't have great air flow in my system. The GPU doesn't run at really low temps, but at least my overclock is great.

After looking thru so many options I decided to go with this 1070 and It was one of the best decisions I have made. It can run all games I play at max settings with high FPS.

Built a new pc specifically for gaming. Played Ghost Recon Wildlands on the highest settings and was still getting 98ish frames per second using 91%-96% GPU. It was very smooth.

I use this card in combination with an HTC Vive VR rig and it never misses a beat! Reviews on other sites state that it is a great mining card as well pushing over 30 MH/s ethereum.
