This graphics card has incredibly stable performance, even when undervolting or overvolting, and overclocking and running 24/7. Even when compared to some of the fancy 3rd-party custom models, the Founder's Edition is at least on par with it's cooling performance and stability under heavy load, if not better. It's performance to power ratio is ideal for everything that doesn't require GTX 1080 or 1080ti specs, and is superior for certain jobs.

Have been running a EVGA GTX 1060 SSC in the beast my son and I built last summer, wanted a GTX 1070 but had run into my budget wall around 2400. Thought I would wait a couple months then pop for the GTX 1070 and hand the GTX 1060 over to the kid for his box. If you have been following the market it has been nutz for close to a year with prices ridiculous. So, my purchase was put off till now. Have checked online occasionally to see if there might be a GTX 1070 at a reasonable price. Typically, by now the prices would have dipped but due to the demand it’s not happened. Two nights ago, saw that Best Buy had the GTX 1070 at my store at a good price, waited till morning to purchase and of course all gone. Found one at a store 60 miles away and now have it in my machine. Long winded way of saying that I APPRECIATE that Best Buy did not gouge its customers on the price (like other well-known sources have done). KUDOS to Best Buy for not marking up hundreds of dollars on the card. Was it worth a two-hour drive, you betcha. The card is smoking hot (performance that is), sips on the electric juice, and looks very nice behind the tempered glass on my Cooler Master case. Love the light (green) scheme on card edge, goes nicely with the build. Not a top end gamer but enjoy Cities Skylines and CIV 6 to pass the time and the GTX 1070 doesn’t even break a sweat running all settings at full tilt. My GTX 1060 did a great job with the games, but with a fire breathing beast of a machine it deserves a smokin’ hot card. It is the best card for the money for almost any gamer today, and when 4K 120hz arrives you can simply SLI two together and Rock On.

Runs cool, can get 33MHS at only 100 watts of power! Samsung memory on these cards helps overclocking as well.

I recently purchased this NVidia GeForce 1070 to add to my computer which is running a 6th generation i7, 32GB DDR4, 1TB SSD, and a new Gigabyte motherboard. My computer will play nearly any game with the graphics options maxed out. It is absolutely amazing. I primarily use it to edit 4K video in Adobe Premier Pro, and it performs lightning fast giving me beautiful 4K footage.

this is awesome and outbox setting gives very performance. Stable and reliable and less power consumption.

Replaced my GTX 970 with this card and have been very happy with the increase in frame rates on the games I play (Overwatch, WoW, ESO). I am running these maxed out on a 1080p / 144hz monitor with no issues. It's a little loud being a blower style but that is to be expected when going with an FE card. Great little miner on Equihash algo too when not playing games. Has earned me back a good portion of the purchase price already.

Upgrade from a 790GTX and it’s a night and day difference. Price is finally affordable now too

I run everything on this card from PUBG to Dying Light to Witcher 3 and it all runs wonderfully. Remember that a computer is dependent on all of its parts but having this card or better makes it so you dont have to worry about a thing. I game in 1080p so not at the highest of settings but everything is on Ultra and from benchmarks I know that it easily kills it at 1440p as well. If you get a good price, get this card.

Easy install, graphics are OMG, and was SO cheap, like 200 dolars cheaper than online finds.

Worked great to run our Ovulus Rift VR, price is not high for a video card.

Good Buy, good price. This memory comes loaded with rich enhancers such as solid memory, lasting connections (gold, copper, etc.) and as previously suggested, tin. Finding one with good connections, for the majority of vendors, isn’t the problem. It’s finding one from a vendor with good knowledge — A vendor that can improve your computer with advice in the long run.

I disassembled it and installed an EK waterblock. It will play just about any game at any resolution except 4K. High frame rates. And of course it overclocks very well. Don’t waste your money on the RTX series.

After reading a lot of online reviews and verifying what needed for running in SLI mode, I went and purchased two cards and the SLI bridge. After install, I ran several benchmarks and I scored well above the 4k gaming systems. Graphics are awesome and even better when playing games! I can only assume the 1070 and 1080 models must be better. I will wait for the 1080 12GB comes out and purchase two to run in SLI mode. Oh yeah!!!
