    Mandatory Facebook Totally Ruined It

I was so happy to get an Oculus but when I got home I discovered that you must have a Facebook account to use it, and if Facebook decides to block that account for whatever reason, it turns the Oculus into a pretty paperweight. I feel ripped off. I don't have Facebook, I don't want Facebook, but if you want to use the Oculus, you must have Facebook.

There needs to be more games available than the 5 or 6 currently out there. The ones we have are fun to play though.

Room for improvement for hand tracking - hardware isn’t capable of some games & crashes. Still enjoy it

A little overpriced for something that is unfinished, still needs lots of updates to get it to its full potential.

The headset is kind of bulky but the hand remotes are fine to use after you get used to them. It's fun but would be better if you could customize the games - like add your own music or at least had popular known music in them already. The games are really expensive and doesn't cover with any free games. It works come with at least a handful considering how expensive the VR is

    Great product, terrible support

Once we had this operating as it should, it works great. We had an issue 2 hours after unpacking. The right controller stopped working. We replaced the batteries and that didn't work. We contacted support and they don't have a phone number, you must email. We did and they said send it back. It will take about 2 weeks for them to receive it, then there is a back log of returns, expect a replacement in about a month. Hard to tell kids that received this as a Xmas present that. Then the left controller did the same thing. I searched the internet and so many people had this same issue. The issue was bad batteries that erroded on the metal batter connectors. I cleaned them off with vinegar and both controllers were working again. Terrible customer support but fun product.

Worked great until a child damaged the left controller (cracked the ring surrounding the button) and now the left controller is problematic in how it tracks with the headset. Early editions of the device report problems with the left controller, but online information do not show a repair. Other than that, it is a lot of fun for both parents and children.

The hype was nice for the first few weeks. But after that the fun starts to wear thin and so dies your wallet. The Quest is a good fad but the games are too expensive to enjoy the system. The prices of each game ranges from $19.99 to $69.99. Not worth the $399 purchase. We were bummed. Lower the game prices or make them free.

The VR headset is great when it’s working. We purchased this and within an hour the right controller would not work. This is a known problem for this product. Oculus customer service is one of the worst I have ever known. If you have an issue with your right controller expect to wait weeks for them to care or do anything about it.

Oh my, I'm wondering if words can do this gaming system justice because the future of gaming is here and I wish I could invite you all over to try it out! The setup is very easy and only takes a matter of minutes. Then once in the tutorial you get the controls mastered just as fast. The device itself is very adjustable for a great fit and the sound is plenty loud for me. Once you get playing, the 3D graphics are incredible and it doesn't take long to forget that you are in your living room as everywhere you look there is detail surrounding you! Setting up the barrier is easy and it works well. Its a good thing for the barrier too because I'd be running into things all the time forgetting where I was. The game play is very smooth which is very impressive since its a standalone device and the graphics have so much detail. It comes with some tutorial and demo games to try out. Popular titles are available to purchase for a reasonable $9.99 - $29.99 and the only dilemma I have is which ones do I want to buy first! The system also comes with the regular Oculus apps to watch tv and browse the web. I highly recommend this system for any gamer. You will not be disappointed! (p.s. my wife does not play video games and she was blown away trying this system out)
