I am waiting until Christmas to give it to my child

I thought I would love it but it was so disorienting that’s after maybe a hour or so I felt I no longer could continue to play. I thought I was going to have a seizure so i returned my oculus.

This is the best piece of gaming equipment I own now. I have owned this for over a week now and it has been glued to my face. The tracking is great, the guardian system wow's all of my other VR friends who are tethered down, and the graphics are much better than what I thought they'd be. Now I did make some modifications to mine for comfort. I first got knuckle straps so that I can actually throw things and let go of the controller to make it more immersive. Second I got a soft leather VR COVER interface so that it doesn't soak up sweat and so it feels a lot better on my face and reduces the red cheek lines. Lastly I got a back strap padding because after about 2 hours, the strap and start to put pressure towards the back of the head. But with that pad and the interface leather padding, it's a completely different headset. I strongly recommend buying this over investing in a $1000+ PC and then having to buy the Rift S on the low end or Valve on the high end. My friend who has the Valve likes this headset better than his because of the wireless ability.

Its not ready yet , overpriced and almost everything you have to buy ,it starts to hurt your eyes within 10min . I should have waited for the next gen.

It is way too heavy. Fix the fastening method to make it wearable.

May have bought a faulty item, needed to return because the item wouldn't start.

Many problems right from the start. After the first time we charged it and played with it couldn't shut off or charge paid a lot of money for it paid for all the games we use then we had to pay to ask for help from oculus support and they wanted more money for a solution to fix it i'm going to return it to best. Buy give me a new one or my money back plus the price of all the games

this product only last for six months!! Purchased this product in June of 2019 and it stopped working on November 2019. Purchased another warranty for $80 (thank God) because it stopped working again in May 2020. in just another SIX months. For $400 this should last for more then six months. and with every return/exchange I have to pay another $80 for a warranty. Ridiculous !!

The head can only play a handful of vr games. If you want to play higher end vr games your pc better be strong

Started out fine, but item started glitching and resets randomly. My son is very disappointed.

Left controller did not work and it’s hard to get answers to fix it or have it replaced.

Do you like and trust the good people at Facebook? If so, go ahead and buy it. You CAN NOT register your product or get access to app stores without a Facebook account. The terms and conditions gives Facebook full access to your household and your activities. Save your money, wait a few months, buy a better product.

Regardinh this item that I purchased back in December of last year with my hard earned money and which I thought to be one of the best inventions of all time has left me with a feeling that I can inly describe as none other as hurted!

Believe it or not I’m not a big time gamer. But I do like to explore things that I normally don’t have easy access to. Did a search on Google to find out more about the headset. Found a Mashable blog that provides several non gaming apps to try. One is Apollo 11 which recreates the mission to the moon. Another one is Ocean Rift which explores underwater habitats. The county library system where I live hired someone to handle Oculus VR. I met him at a technology showcase that was held at one library. Later I found out I can sign up for a free 30 minute session to learn more about VR. Looking foward to learning more about this exciting technology.

Crashed and glitched after a year of use was really happy with it until it didn’t work anymore will hit a black screen until you move again through the game no fun in that

Total let down. Headset is uncomfortable. Only works well while sitting in an upright position. Software included is very basic. As a beginner into VR was expecting so much more.

I loved the oculus, It was my first time using something like it. Before VR became a big thing this was amazing. The saber game was awesome and the star wars game was great too. Also Rec room was an amazing way to spend my childhood.

The Oculus is an amazing experience! One that you can’t explain and have to try for for yourself. When trying VR for the first time, you may experience discomfort or dizziness, don’t push yourself to hard through it but also don’t give up.. just keep dipping your toes in and your body will adapt and you won’t feel discomfort anymore
