After researching we found out it happened to a few others. We returned it and bought another one and haven't had a problem since.

The only thing is the heaviness for me, I’m petite so it fits a little big. I’ve purchased additional straps to help with this. Other than that, love it!

Fun product, cheap wrist straps

Plenty of games available too and not too expensive. Wrist strap broke on one controller after about 5 uses but its not a deal breaker. Just need to be careful now.

Lots of games, but I wish more games/ apps were free or less expensive. A little hard to find good games too. Overall the product it’s pretty sweet!
