I absolutely love the Oculus Rift. It provides and amazing experience for the VR world. It is much lighter and more user friendly than the HTC VIVE. Set up can be a bit tricky, but once all is in place, everything is amazing.

I was skeptical at first as although I had a PS VR and knew this was geared more towards higher end PC and laptops, I was still nonetheless reserved about my enthusiasm, but boy oh boy was I ever wrong. The immersion into most of the free VR games, let alone the full retail copies is light years ahead of anything I have experienced on PS VR. This is an amazing piece of tech and one that I would highly recommend to anyone with a high end PC / Laptop.

I cannot say enough good things about it. I traded an Xbox One in for this and I am so glad that I did. This has already given me more hours of entertainment than the xbox did. Buy one now!

The Oculus Rift VR is tons of fun! It was fairly easy to set up and while we don't have the ideal amount of space (I think they recommend 7' x 5' or larger) it works just fine. You definitely have to be aware of your surroundings as you get "lost" inside the games, but they warn you frequently during the setup. Make sure dogs stay out of your way too - our dog likes to lay down by us when we use it. There are plenty of free programs to get started and the ones that are included do a good job of getting you used to navigating within them. They do take quite a while to download if you do not have high speed internet like us so we run them overnight. We've also had some glitches with the "home" screen but that may also have to do with our internet. We've had no trouble running any of the programs. Once inside, the sensation of being there is quite amazing. Particularly on the programs where you are in space (Mission ISS) or flying in a vehicle (Aircar). I actually felt myself getting motion sickness during the aircar ride and I'm not prone to motion problems. The only complaint I have is with the headset. It fits comfortably and is easily adjustable, but there is a gap down by the nose that lets in light. I am going to put some electrical tape over it to shield out the light completely. Once in a while the lens seems "hazy" and I'm not sure if it's because they get dirty or because of the circular shape of them. Overall, I am glad we invested in this bundle. It provides some very interactive entertainment.

Makes me motion sick. The graphics are great. Really impressed with this device.

First off i wasnt a big fan of the whole VR craze, i figured it would die out and never be picked up again. I WAS WRONG, i kept seeing all these incredible looking games come out, so i bit the bullet bought the "Oculus - Rift + Touch Virtual Reality Headset Bundle " and man i can not put it down it is literally amazing. Feels like you are really there, and boy do some games make your heart race. Would def reccommend.

Your asking for a review before I have given to my son, this is a Christmas present based on reviews and his request as he is an IT professional I am sure this is a great product

I love my rift. The controllers are so much easier to handle then the vive. They are constantly coming out with new games on the oculus store and on steam. Beware: do not buy this until you have went to their website and ran the requirement program that checks your pcs specs. I did not do this and had to spend additional on a graphics card, CPU, and motherboard because mine were out of date after 2 years.

Always was curious about VR but didn't have the space or money for HTC Vive. The Rift was perfect for my smaller apartment and my budget. I don't have any real problems with it. Bought an extra tracker and highly recommend it for best tracking. Great selection of games. Can wear the headset for hours and not really be bothered by it.

It is relatively easy to setup and use. The resolution can be better. It should also come with a prescription glasses frame build in

About three years ago, I received Samsung VR which are to be used with my phone. After the initial 'wow' factor, I put them in storage and haven't used since. So I was skeptical about purchasing the Oculus....but boy did I make the right decision. The initial free games give you an introduction to how far VR has come, but the fun really starts when you play Saber Beat and Robo Recall! Would highly recommend.

Changed the way I look at video games and potential 3D movies. The Touch controllers are very immersive and intuitive. I couldn’t give the Rift a 5 because there is some halo effect with white on black backgrounds which is hard to overlook.

The Oculus Rift is amazing. The experience is like no other. I am glad I waited a few years for the price to go down. PC machines have also dropped in price as well to support this device. High quality construction and tons of quality content to experience. I believe the hype is real and looks like developers have promising content now and in the near future as well. A must buy for any pc gamer.

Awesome system!! Don't hesitate, just get it. At the price point of $400 or below for the Rift headset, 2 controllers, 2 sensors, plus the free games, it's totally worth it. Touch controllers are great and ergonomic. So many free games that will keep you playing for hours. Comfortable on head, even if it gets a little hot. Very adjustable. Headphones are very nice and sound great. Support is pretty good.

If you have never tried or played Oculus , you are missing one of the best times of your life.!! This was a special bundle, and was 100.00 off, plus included the touch!

I did my research and by far Oculus has the highest resolution of all the VR headsets out there, though better ones are on their way. It is easy to set up, and once installed on my Alienware laptop, the experience is incredible. With devices like this, the magic lies in the App Store. i think Oculus still has some ways to go attracting developers to the platform, but for now, it is a great start.

I was very worried about getting another VR after having the PSVR and it not having many titles but this is so much better.

needs to be connected directly to onboard hdmi port on laptop so it won't work on a Microsoft book with an hdmi adaptor. had to return the book and a heavy camping laptop. other than that it was an easy setup and fun to play with.

this has opened a new world in gaming and experiencing the visual word. My wife is having as much fun as I am. Irun the system on an MSI laptop with not one complaint
