I recently purchased the oculus during the summer sale, and have spent many hours trying out various games. The quality and everything is great. I was a little worried about a lack of games and content for VR, however there are many games available and many games still in development to be released. I docked a star since I was expecting an Xbox controller with my rift which the kit no longer includes, and The headset lacks ventilation which can be uncomfortable with extended play. The oculus site still says an Xbox controller is included with every rift purchase as of 9/20, however the platform and experience is otherwise great.

I bought the Rift a while back when Best Buy was having a big event. A little over three months after the purchase, the headset fell about 6-8 inches from the magnetic puck on the frontside of my desktop and completely stopped working. Oculus customer service is far from the best as I spent numerous hours trying to have them replace whatever went wrong. The best part about the Rift is by far the Touch controllers. I have yet to see any other VR controllers surpass them.

I walked into my local BB store to get a gaming monitor and noticed that the Occulus Rift with the included controllers and two sensors was 399. I've been researching the VR set for awhile between this and the HTC Vive but when I saw the price I had to get it. Setup took a few minutes after downloading the content and I was up and playing the included games in less than an hour. I am more than satisfied with this purchase. Myself and my family have a great time playing with this setup.

I own the PSVR and this VR headset it way better. The graphics actuall make you feel like you are a part of the game.

We love it! Everything about it is awesome! Your computer needs good storage but tye graphics are amazing.

Let me just get this out of the way, yes, VR is a gimmick and you won't be fooled into thinking it's all real. That aside, VR is really fun. From the tutorial when you're messing with stuff and learning basics, it's a lot of fun. You get free games included with the touch controllers but there are other games such as Rec Room that are really fun to mess around with other people online. Do not that you will need 3 USB 3.0 slots and a free HDMI slot in order to use the rift

When it is working well, it is incredible, but there are some issues that hold it back some. I have a larger space available for room scale VR but the sensors try to contain me to a smaller area (I purchased a third sensor as well) so I am constantly seeing the "walls" when I am moving. I also get errors in the headset at times stating that it can't find a signal, but it does this when it is receiving a signal just fine and I am using the device (so the error message is displaying in error). Other than these things though, it is great, and it's worth dealing with these issues.

The rift is awesome. Coming from triple monitors and then going to this I will not got back. The immersion great.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. I even tried once and loved it.

The Oculus Rift is lots of fun exciting and new. The issues I have is that you have to be on Facebook or some kind of social media to actually interact with anyone most of the time. The other issue I have with it is that it looks like a window screen at times and the focus is not that great but I use it without my glasses because ut is uncomfortable with glasses. I will be getting contacts then I hope the focus is clearer. I wish that it was a lot clearer. Also at times it will fog up but I do believe it is worth it it is lots of fun exciting and new and the price is right.

My son loves this VR headset. Graphics are great. Seems to be good quality for a reasonable price

This has been so much fun to play. It was very easy to buy and to set up. I have lost 5 lbs since playing it.

They are comfortable, flawless and easy to install and oprate. Definitely recommend for a novice gamer.

I have a PSVR which I love and the Oculus is even better! You truly have to experience virtual reality.

Works awesome and was super easy to setup. As soon as you boot it up it brings you step by step what to do.

works pretty well. i had a psvr and thought it was fun and imo this is a pretty similar experience to it.

It’s a great vr headset for cheap! Recommended for everyone above the age of 6, it’s a very fun thing!
