    I wear glasses and this device does not comfortably accept them. They are pushed into the face causing the lens to quickly become smudged, reducing the clarity of the view. Other users have the same problem and have even ordered custom fitted prescription lenses to fit inside the device.

    Our brand new head set was broken. Best Buy replaced it after we went to three srores. Oculus company has terrible tech support.
