Didn’t have it a week and the hard drive failed. Returned it and bought a MacBook Pro instead.

I bought this laptop at the last minute before i got the Dell. The specs are insane and the unit is super fast. I use it mostly for editing video from my drone and it's flawless. Runs anything you throw at it with ease. Down the road I'll probably upgrade the memory for some extra speed and maybe update the 1tb drive to SSD. Very happy with the purchase. Quality is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Never got it then when finally did cuz it was so cold it didnt work right

Great for a beginner gamer or a teenager. everything is smooth. you can play any games or do anything you want. I have been using it since 2018.

I purchased this laptop 3 month ago , noticed the following.1- battery life is 3.5 hour not 9 hour as stated, 2-ocational freezing on simple task. 3- not smooth scrolling . 4- touchpad not sensitive not smooth. I called customer service about battery life which they replaced eventually & I thank hp for that , however the new battery did not help still I am getting 3.5 hour instead of 9 hour battery life as stated on best buy specification even after all the adjustments they told to do with no avail . I contacted customer service & I talked to the people in charge some of them they were rude & some other were giving me the rune around & they said that they do not have control on what best buy writes on their web site, & they keep insisting that the battery life is 4 hour not 9 hour as stated on best buy website. Finally I asked her respectfully if she can giving me any solution for my case which she refused & she insist that the battery life is 4 hour instead of 9 hour .

I've had this laptop for a few months now. (I'm typing on it now if you couldn't figure that out). And yes, I do like this laptop. It has this classy but edgy look to it, and it's very appealing on the eyes. I mainly got this for PC gaming. (Specifically for a game called Overwatch). Now...I don't know if it's my internet, or if it's my laptop, or maybe a combination of things (either way), the connection and the lag are horrible, personally. I try and lower my video settings so I can decrease the lag as much as possible, and it does work...only slightly. And then I'm sort of ruining my gaming experience. For something that has been designed mainly for computer gaming, I feel like using this as a regular computer more so. I'd take it back, but frankly I waited to long and I won't get refunded (LOL). But I'm going back in the store to see what the problem may be and if there's anything that can be done/fixed. To end this, do I like it? Yes. And how things have been for me? I've had a bad experience with it regarding gaming. But someone else's experience might be better than mine is. If this laptop is you wanna go for? Do it. But make sure you ask geek squard for help so you can get the best performance you're able to get.

Great laptop ! I’ve had it for a few years now and only thing needing replacement was the battery which was only 50 bucks !

I purchased this computer in december and played GTA5 on it and then Got forza horizon 3 and it would not play high settings at all, struggled at medium, so I played it at low setting for about an hour and a half and the computer died and would not come back on.

This laptop sucks, it can’t even handle Fortnite. DO NOT BUY

Worst computer!!! Always crashes! Very slow...would not recommend
