Unfortunately it took time to get the appt and the return window had passed. Now I have an Inaccurate cuff that I cannot return. I will reach out to the company and hopefully it can be calibrated.

My mistake

I check with the factory and batteries should last 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately when I returned the product to the store it was past the return date. I am elderly with limited transportation. I wll not be buying from your stores soon if at all.
