Bait & Switch!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered the Model: BP629 with gray cuff, as recommended by my doctor (make sure you get the one with the gray cuff!). What I received was Model: BP629N with black cuff, which is the newer model. The monitor is rotated 90 degrees from the original model, and it is not accurate for me! Readings varied greatly within short time frame. A little disappointed that Best Buy will not update the Model#/photo to actual product Model: BP629N, since they have been shipping the newer (unreliable) version for over 5 months now! Would save many of us a lot of hassle. I do not recommend this product. Returning this product to Best Buy!

Not what I ordered!!!

What I got was the new model and it does not work effectively. Consistently reads 15-25 lbs more than what it really is. Not usable for me. Please post the correct picture for the product you are selling.

Faulty readings

The results range from 116/80 to 220/145. Machine is highly unreliable, test retest validity is very poor. I went to return the product to Best Buy but it was on 17th day, I forgot that new return policy is 15 days or 2 weeks. I am suck with the machine that I can not reliably use.

I tested my bp 5 different times within an hour and got 5 completely different readings. I ensured that I didn't do any strenuous (other than lounging watching tv). I went to the local drug store to compare the readings and determined that this particular unit was either inaccurate or defective.
