At first I had to replace the batteries twice, now I have to keep putting in the date, time. I just want a new machine that works accurately. That’s what I paid for, that’s what I thought I was getting.

I called my doctor and was able to go in and run a comparison with their equipment. The reading was high by 25 points. I wasted my time on a totally faulty piece of equipment. I got my money back.
