The service was good but the item was not. Alas I returned the device. It was defective from the beginning. It showed the results several times, then started showing "errors". With the return were no problems. So employees worked well but the technics did not.

Cuff is not working and readings are not accurate.

Easy to use, has great display, connects to an app you download, so you have the history in your smart-phone. Works OK without the app also.

The Omron 5 Series blood pressure monitor works very well. It is easy to use and if I wanted, I could send the info to my doctor's office. Having it available at home enables me to keep track of blood pressure between doctor visits and eases any anxiety I would have about waiting until the next medical visit.

I like the more compact design of the product and the ease of use. It's also much the same as the one I have used for more than twenty some years. The big difference is the type of cuff. I liked the older one better ( already formed to fit your arm.)

The machine is easy to use and very accurate. My husband has high BP and the doctor requires home monitoring. I would definitely recommend this brand and model. This is the same one that is offered on the Mayo Clinic site as well.

Omron are good products for blood pressure readings.

I own four Omron blood pressure monitors (Serial numbers: 6Y12398LF; 202008002828V; and 20130815340LG). They are consistently rated on the Internet as the best BP monitors on the market. They are not! A&D Medical (recommended by the AMA) and OXILINE (highest customer reviews for accuracy) are more accurate. When the Omron wrist monitor came out, I was delighted, and immediately purchased one (Serial number: 202201021257V). I especially liked that it measured blood pressure as it inflates instead of as it deflates. Since most of my family members have died of heart attacks or strokes, the accuracy of the BP monitor is extremely important to me. During the last few months my blood pressure began increasing. When it reached more than 200/110 (the Omron wrist monitor), and I was experiencing chest pain, I took nitroglycerin three times separated by about five minutes. My blood pressure didn’t decrease, so I want to the emergency room. They found my blood pressure near normal and did many tests, including a nuclear treadmill test. They admitted me for a day and released me saying that my heart is fine and blood pressure is normal. I then checked the accuracy of the Omron blood pressure cuffs. They were astoundingly inaccurate, measuring as much as twenty to fifty points higher than my actual blood pressure. One of my Omron monitors measured only 10 to 20 points above my actual blood pressure. I’m really disappointed in Omron BP monitors.

Cuff is awkward & there’s an option to not use batteries but no electrical cord …also… readings are much higher than dr visit…
