Have tried all different ways to get it to work. Really frustrating only adding to elevate my BP. Likely going to return the device but will give it another try or two.

But when I started using it I was getting really high blood pressure readings and went to my doctor to compare and they said the machine was incorrect. It’s only been used a couple times and I need to return it.

Dr.'s readings on 2 different machines were showing far different and normal readings from the machine I bought. my machine is defective. Paid on Cap One Credit card. how do I get refund. Also, bought 2 year warranty,
