The systolic pressure was very similar to what the nurse measured when I had my doctor's appointment. Unfortunately, the diastolic was noticeably different. With that said this is still more accurate than anything I have purchased in the past.

Omron 7250 Blood Pressure Monitor

So far the new one seems to be working fine. I have compared the readings to my other monitors and they seem consistent. The D-ring cuff is a bit more difficult to put on than the "Comfit" cuff, but I like it better. It is closer to the cuffs that are used in medical offices.
