Does it measure the Blood Pressure - yes, as does any other Omron blood pressure machine, I have concerns over the following: 1, that is not a display but. your smartphone sitting on the machine 2. Great blood pressure monitor that works perfect every time and has a great display!

Although I only gave it 4 stars, I do love this system. It is quite easy to use - I was replacing an Omron 10 series from 2014 because the rigid cuff that came with the older system gave me falsely high readings. The problem I have is that I have gotten false high readings with this system, too. I found that out when I went to the doctor with these readings only to find that my BP was actually normal. He explained that many home units give falsely elevated readings. The EKG feature was flawless. Another negative is battery life. Unfortunately, this unit does not have rechargeable batteries and will not plug in. After only a few days of use, I am already at less than 40%.

It works pretty good for doing your blood pressure and a complete upper arm EKG for the Price. It’s not bad at all. I like the way it works. It works with my phone. I have an iPhone 12 and Aaron seems to do really good products for taking blood pressure I like it.

Outstanding product. East to use and it has everything I need under one device. I have issues with my blood pressure and heart disease and use two devices. Now this provides both the EKG and Blood Pressure monitor all in one. Easy to read, understand and the ability to send readings to my Cardiologist.

It seems a good device -- from a know health care company. Only watch out so far is with the last app update I cannot extract my data as I should be able -- get several error message. I have been in touch Omron and sent them screenshots but it will be several days I can see until they have a solution. I also see no reason why they cant "force" the report to me from the cloud meantime but them seem reluctant. So by giving them a 4 star now I'm going in good faith they will resolve the app issue -- and hopefully soon

It was a bit too much for the price. Having the ECG wasnt important to me since I have it on my watch, but i was hoping for a rechargeable battery or a plug in option as well. I ended up returning it.

Bought this for my father, however it could not measure his blood pressure and take an accurate EKG because of his very slow resting rate heart beat. My mother was able to use it and it took accurate readings and saved/recorded her EKG. I would recommend for anyone other than extreme athletes who have very slow heart rates (40 beats/min)

I have been very happy with this device. It transfers the info to my phone for blood pressure and EKG so I can so my doctor. It show grafts averages, notices and other info on your data.

Overall, it's good. I have 2 main issues with this 1st, you can only use it to take your blood pressure without another device. 2nd, even when my phone or tablet is sitting on the device as shown in the product description, it is hit or miss whether I get a bluetooth connection.

If I am going to entrust my health (for some this could be their life) to a device i expect it to work. For $200, I expect the device to work flawlessly. For $9.99 a month i expect instantaneous support should something go wrong. Sadly for the BP7900, none of these are true. A device that is supposed to save your blood pressure readings and EKG to your phone only seems to pair 50% of the time. The software is clunky and unreliable - as if Omron have never written an app before. Pairing with Google Fit doesn't work and it keeps prompting for my resting heart rate even though I just gave it. I would not trust this software to remind me about medications, transmit my EKG to a doctor correctly or even safely store my private medical records in the cloud because the developers have demonstrated no skill in any of those. But the most damning part of the experience is the "support". I have emailed them 5 times and received exactly one response. Containing excerpts from their online manual. My trial of the premium protection program ends today and I have yet to receive the support I asked for. My device still doesn't sync with Google fit and my medical records. I am a tech savvy individual. I know how to troubleshoot Bluetooth and online services. I found both counterintuitive and unreliable. I cannot imagine putting this in the hands (or on the arm) of an elderly patient whose BP and EKG depended on it. If you are thinking about tracking your blood pressure, go with a cheap Withings monitor. If you really want to track your EKG, talk to your doctor and ask them to prescribe a device that works. This is the Cadillac of heart monitors with the reliability and functionality of a rusted old truck.

Its amazing you can download an app that pairs up with thid perfectly and measures Blood pressure, beats per minute and EKG.

Replaced two other devices, different brands with this one. The others were difficult to start up, they raised my BP! This is a easy start up. I like the EKG better than I thought I would. Dependable device after a month.

There must be a problem linking blutooth between the Omron Complete BP & EKG monitor and my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 256GB. The EKG seems to link but the BP values are not. I tried about 20 sessions in 2 weeks and had to return the first unit for exchange for the second unit on second try. Today is my third trial on the link. Seems like I still have problem with the unit. I will bring it in to Bestbuy and see if I can get a tech to help me figure out what is wrong with this unit.

i liked the product but got confused on not knowing if blue tooth is connected or not i have iphone 12pro max iphone the Ekg part of it dont need blue tooth just make sure iphone it sits on cradle and automaticly load to app but the blood pressure needs bluetooth part to register reading im faster to manually input off blood pressure unit digital screen then waiting for transfer you can only get multiple readings saved to iphone app the blood pressure device does keep multiple readings but there stored in memory module inside use app to bring them to record keeping App the ekg cant read my fingers due to dryness but using waster based lotion helps for better connections if i bought the version blood pressure only without the ekg the other omron models you can retrieve from built-in memory and its diplayed on screen off the blood pressure monitor if known i can get ekg only device then i would buy them separately but cost more that way but im happy with product because you can get ekg readings only, or blood pressure readings only or both at same time! and they load to omron app and have a record both at same time stamps etc

Definitely gets the job done and more. EKG readings and BP readings all in one. Plus they’ll send it out to a Dr. to get your EKG read professionally.

Overall, I like the concept of the monitor. Im not to sure of the accuracy when compared to using other machines within the same timeframe. The line is too long for me/could've been shorter. Have to sit too far away from monitor so the line can be straight as possible; but then you can't take the EKG + blood pressure at the same time. I can only do 1 at a time. This 1 doesn't talk or gives the average of 3 readings nor tell what stage of hypertension the readings are or if an irregular heartbeat was detected.
