    I bought this product because it claims to be better than Philips series, but quickly learned that it requires some sacrifices, not only is it louder, it feels and sounds like it is coming apart when it cycles through the 30 sec. changes

    The electric toothbrush is well built and nice to hold and maneuver. However, the standard brush is aggressive and I've had some bleeding. I plan to try a milder brush. Also the charge time last only a few days, not the week or so implied in the instructions.

    Good product - my teeth feel clean and refreshed after using. Toothbrush is louder compared to other Oral-B products I have used though. If I didn’t get this at a good sale price, I might’ve returned it.

    This toothbrush recently failed, unable to complete the 2 minute cycle without stopping or slowing to the point it was not effective. I was 100% charged every time. This is the second toothbrush to fail in this manner in 8 months.

    I love oral b electric toothbrushes. Really cleans all the plaque off my teeth and they feel refreshed. I like the newest model best, however this one does a great job for the price!

    Great toothbrush but was not the speed or force I needed on my teeth. Was a little too rough and jerky in motion compared to other electric toothbrushes.

    Should have purchased the great deal at SAM’S which included two of electric toothbrushes! That way you can use the extra toothbrush while the other charges!

    In the older model, you could have two brushing speeds -- in this one only one. Also, the charger is only for US (110V) and it not suitable for international travel (220-240V)...
