The oral b I picked up is completely black. It is different from the one I ordered and picked up. It is also has a rough spin on my teeth. It feels like the toothbrush has a loose piece. I am returning it to the store. It rattles when spinning

I have an electric tooth brush before I got this one. I liked it just fine but I wanted to try this higher priced one. The toothbrush head rattles around on the end of the wand so it feels like it rattles my teeth. I don't like it.

Battery life is good works as supposed to a bit pricey but not the most expensive either

While it does a good job of cleaning teeth, the base needs to be larger for better stability, and the unit should be wider.

Adequate. A little difficult finding the on and off button when using it. It doesn't stand up as easily as the last one I had. It is slippery when wet.

My husband has this exact toothbrush that's advertised in the image and has used it for many years without any issues so I decided to get the same one. The one that was sent to me is not the one that's advertised in the image. Best Buy claims it's now a new design. Well remove this old image and put the updated design. If I see an image of an item advertised and order it that's what I want to receive. Returned.

Very disappointed with this product. It wouldn’t hold its charge, and felt weak when it did function. Was returned.

I honestly thought it would have a lot of power and specially for how loud it is. May be better for a child given it’s too soft for an adult.

Charging only lasts for 2 times. It stops abruptly when only using for the 2nd time after Charging for almost 6 to 7 hours. I have the same product and it works for atleast 8 days on a full charge.

I bought this to replace a sonicare diamond clean which costs three times as much; this is good but does not have an automatic timer like the diamond clean, which I miss

First electric toothbrush. Wish it had multiple heads. Can't imagine using hard brush on teeth.

This was a good toothbrush, but not as powerful as I wanted. It worked better than a regular toothbrush, but I think the sonicare toothbrush is much better.

little over priced for what you get, the quality of the brush leaves something to be desired brush is rather weak and motor skips while using.

Just received. Noisy, hard to turn on and off and it doesn't look like what I ordered. It's really low quality and getting returned today. Braun has gone downhill. 2nd bad product I've purchased from Best Buy.
