I love this ring ! It is great for monitoring sleep !

I’ve had an Oura Ring for over three years and I love it! The new ceramic version is great and has held up to scratches way better than my gold version!

I love my Oura ring. I upgraded to a generation 3 to a 4. I gave my other generation 3 to my friend who has been wanting one and she loves it. I bought a generation 4 for my boyfriend and best friend for Christmas and they are equally in love with their ring.

I’ve had my Oura ring for over a month now, and I absolutely love every it. It keeps me aligned with my goals, and if you like to see numbers, then this is for you. The only downside is I do a lot of sauna and heated workouts. There have been a few times where oura has been miscalculated the amount of calories burned (too low) or not capturing the work out entirely. For this reason, I did get an Apple Watch to fill the gap. But other than this, oura is superior in every other feature.

EXCELLLENT RING. REALLLY HELPS WITH UNDERSTANDING YOUR SLEEP PATTERN

My smart ring fits my finger perfectly. I was concerned about washing my hands with it on but it is waterproof so it is not damaged. I've also worn it in the shower and it still works perfectly!! I do wish it had more 3rd party apps I could use with the data it collects. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
