I have been very impressed with my Oura Ring. Remarkably accurate health and wellness data with a powerful battery life. Also, a very impressive charge time of typically less than 30 minutes.

I’ve had the ring for about a month. Readings seems really accurate. Love using it for my sleep tracking and cycle tracking. the app gives you tips on how to help your sleep and recovery.

This was one of my best purchases to start reviewing my health. Battery life is great, around a week, and reports with trends are great. Some reports take time to understand and I wish there were more actionable steps to take when looking at reports but over all awesome product. Cons Watch will scratch on other metal surfaces so be careful.

I absolutely love this ring. I'm glad I got it at Best Buy because I have heard a lot of complaints from other companies. The quality is excellent. Keep in mind that if your hands swell in the summer to get it a bigger size. Their customer service is always so helpful and professional

Love the data this ring provides. The information given can help you maintain a healthier lifestyle. The ring is a bit bulky but once you have worn it for a while you don’t even notice it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Just be sure to purchase the sizing kit and wear the ring size you think is correct for 24 hours. Since the Oura ring is not traditional sizing you do need to check with the ring sizers.

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.

I have really enjoyed my Oura ring! All of the features on the app are really awesome and have made me a lot more conscious about my sleep schedule, meal schedule, and activity throughout the day! I have had it for about a month and have noticed it already is pretty scratched. The battery life is nice! I usually charge it while I’m doing my night time routine and it’s charged when I’m done!

My Daughter loves this ring. It was a perfect Christmas gift. Something she really wanted and gives me piece of mind that it will allow her to track her health.

First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.
