My Oura ring 4 silver (i loved) has been an excellent tool to stay informed about my healt. It helps me easily track my sleep, activity, heart rate and stress levels, giving me better insing my body and helping me improve my daily habits.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! I bought it through Best Buy and had a great experience from start to finish. I took advantage of a Black Friday deal, and the delivery was incredibly fast. it arrived in just one day. I chose in-store pickup, and everything went smoothly. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and exactly as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the Oura Ring and buying it through Best Buy.

Great new model, easier to wear and more great data

Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

My daughter loves her new ring!! It is amazing and looks great on her too.

I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it. I wear it constantly and I love getting to check out all the different scores from the day before and learning how to improve my overall health based off these scores. If you’re hesitant to purchase one, I say go all in you won’t regret it!

Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand
