Great product so far. The battery life is amazing. I’ve compared it to my watch and it is almost perfectly synced. It’s lightweight and I forget I’m even wearing most of the time.

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

This ring is very comfortable, and it's super easy to set up. I'm enjoying the data that I receive each day!

Had for a month now and have been loving it, the app makes it so easy to see everything and even picked up when I was getting sick. The battery lasts for days have only charged it like 2 times and it charges quick!

The performance is impressive - it tracks sleep, activity, and recovery really well, and the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. The only downside is the surface of the ring - it tends to scratch pretty easily with regular wear. I’d recommend getting a silicone cover or ring protector to keep it looking nice over time. Great product overall, just needs a bit of extra care to stay in good shape!

this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

I have been using an Oura ring since generation one. This is my third Oura ring. It’s a fantastic product for monitoring not just sleep, but also general health. Unless you need the functionality of phone calls or music that a smart watch provides, this ring is all you need to track your health and fitness. I highly recommend it.
