Absolutely a beautiful finish. I think it is worth spending a little extra to get the gold finish on this. It looks like real gold and I get lots of compliments on it. Great piece of tech that allows me to track my sleep and stress levels. However, make sure to open the app. I recently got sick and just kind of sat around all day, and it wasnt until the evening when I checked the app, it ended up registering that I slept all day.

I was a bit sceptical at first but absolutely love the Oura Ring. I don't like wearing my apple watch around the clock but Oura ring is simple comfortable to wear. You must suscribe to the app but the daily insights are amazing when it comes to your health and daily activities. It is not just limited to working out but also sleep quality, stress, temperature, etc. Highly recommend.
