Made for long fingers

Doesn’t Provide Any More Insight Than AppleWatch

But it doesn’t really provide any more data than my AppleWatch. And then it hide the data behind labels and other titles rather than just giving you the raw data. Also, the finish on the tong was easily scratched and looked cheap after just a couple weeks. Finally, even though I had 60 days to return it through Best But, Oura still charged me for a years subscription, which I can’t use because I don’t have the device. I’m going to contest the charge with the credit card, but this seems predatory and like a pure money grab. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Moreover, Aura is ignoring warranty claims, now numbering 3 attempts to contact them with all pertinent information, including receipt, serial number purcahse date. CRICKETS! be advised.

I could connect by bluetooth but it showed no data for weeks. I contacted customer support, they agreed to exchange it within a week, but that was over 3 weeks ago. Now they ignore me. Terrible customer service and low quality product.
