    Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance.     Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.

    I was worried ab it being too bulky and in the way but it actually doesn’t at all. It’s very comfortable and way better that wearing an Apple Watch all the time. Would highly recommend.
