    I like the oura ring because I can see what my active level is. I also like the sleep mode to better track my sleep.

    In May I purchased the Oura ring3. I was a healthy 50yr old woman with no health issues. The app kept telling me I had no resting heart rate and was in tachycardia from day 1 so I thought it didn't work and returned it. The following week ended up in the ER with a heart attack. My blood pressure was 233/110 and my heart rate was 107. The data this ring was providing me could have saved me a lot of pain if only I chose to believe and act on it. I repurchased the Oura Ring4 and trust it completely for the accurate health saving data it provides. I highly recommend it!

    I love the amount of data it tracks… but most times it won’t sync to ever since I got the newer model. I’m actually filling out a warranty claim right now because it’s on my finger and still won’t sync

    I originally bought this without sizing (I got a size 8 but it was too small)... Exchanging it within the 14 day return period was simple, but if you miss that window you might be out of luck. Definitely get a sizing kit! Gorgeous ring...
