    I've had my oura ring for 2 months now and really enjoy it! The app itself has so many insights and I love knowing what my readiness score is everyday. I got the silver because I didn't want to spend the extra on the gold and bought a pack of silicone ring covers on Amazon for like 10 bucks and it helps with the scratching + I can wear different color if I wanted. Really recommend!!!

    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.
