    In May I purchased the Oura ring3. I was a healthy 50yr old woman with no health issues. The app kept telling me I had no resting heart rate and was in tachycardia from day 1 so I thought it didn't work and returned it. The following week ended up in the ER with a heart attack. My blood pressure was 233/110 and my heart rate was 107. The data this ring was providing me could have saved me a lot of pain if only I chose to believe and act on it. I repurchased the Oura Ring4 and trust it completely for the accurate health saving data it provides. I highly recommend it!

    I absolutely love this ring. I quit wearing my Apple Watch because of the bulkiness and was looking for a good alternative. After wearing the ring for a while, I wish I would have sized down. There’s definitely som discrepancies between the sizing kit and the ring itself. I use the Oura ring with Natural Cycles and I love how everything transfers over easily.

    I bought my Oura 4 ring in April 2025. I loved how it tracked my walking and other exercises. However, over the last few months, the ring no longer automatically detects them. What happened? Customer support is by chat and has not been very helpful.

    I love this purchase. I’ve had it for about 8 months now. It has given me insight to a lot of my body’s critical metrics, and improved my lifecycle. I recently noticed the battery draining quickly, and the support team was able to immediately diagnose the problem and is replacing it for me.
