Purchased this item for my fiancée and she loves it! And customer service inside the store was super helpful and friendly, meanwhile it being the busiest time of year.

Glad to say I’m pleasantly surprised here. I’m not a jewelry guy, a relatively healthy man in his thirties, and already have a smart health watch, so it was a long shot to take the plunge into a health ring, but I’m glad I did. Using Oura’s ring sizing kit is recommended as the ring sizes are similar but slightly different than a normal ring. It was easy to use and helped me easily pick my size (11). As for the ring itself, I selected the black coating which looks sleek and is my favorite color, so thumbs up there. Out of the box, packaging looks impressive with the ring and charging base included. The ring fit as expected from the sizing chart and my wife was shocked at how lightweight it was. I hardly notice I’m ever wearing it and can’t stand wearing jewelry so that has been a pleasant surprise. Past just fitting on your finger, the hardware starts and stops there, but that’s where the software comes into play. Normally I’d complain about app associated software but with the ring, it’s a no brainer as the ring is useless without the app. Setup was easy but took a tad longer than expected, nothing I’d dock them for. The app is designed to track health metrics and also tied into other health apps such as the iOS app, and even brings in data from my orange theory band. Makes it REAL easy to use. I decided to take a chance and turn on push notifications which I’m not sure that I’ll keep on but again, I’m pleased with how non invasive that is. They basically only notify me to prep for bed, when I hit my activity goal, and when the battery is low. The app tracks more than I could list but learning about my heart rate, recovery rate, rest cycles and quality has all been very interesting and easy to track. The only two downsides here (and one is my fault), is that while this is waterproof and solid, one of the warnings is to not wear the ring while lifting weights as it may damage the exterior. I figured I’d have some leeway and could be careful… nope. First workout when I lifted weights, even carefully, it scratched off some of the black exterior. It’s unfortunate but DO NOT WEAR THIS WHEN LIFTING WEIGHTS! Secondly, the battery is relatively unimpressive. I figured it’d last for weeks or even a month at a time but the battery barely lasts six days. Charging takes a few hours but it’s annoying nonetheless. Either way, the pros easily outweigh the benefits and as long as the paint finish and batter my can stay in tact, I’ll plan to use this for years to come!

I was really excited to get this ring because I work out a lot more than I used to, and I have a fitness goal in mind of how much weight I want to lose. I already have a watch for this reason, but I also wanted to have more ways to compare the accuracy. I've always heard about these Fitness rings, and I really wanted one for a while now. So when I first got the kit to see what my ring size was, I picked the number 13 size because the number 12 was stuck on my finger. I noticed right away that that was a mistake, because the ring was slide them and down my finger between the knuckle and a hand constantly. I believe I needed more of a 12 and a half and they don't offer that size as far as I know. I did like the fact that the ring never really had to be charged all the time and a charge last me about 5 days. I really don't like how the app is set up, because with my watch all my data is right there when you open the app, and the Oura app is a little more complicated. When you open the app you kind of have to look for things specifically that you need to know. It would be better to just put everything all in the app to where you can scroll down and then tap it. I believe that my readings weren't as accurate, for the simple reason the ring was too big I wish I would have gotten a size 12, but I would have had a lot of problems getting it off when I needed to charge it. It was pretty close with my steps, my sleep, and my calories burned on some days. I think other days heart rate was kind of off. I'm sure it's pretty good but I don't think it's for me.

Works great. Like to use it on my walks, workouts and the app tells you everything you need to know to better yourself and stay in shape.

So far I have enjoyed this ring. Tons of different information daily and minute by minute. Very good at pointing out your stress through the day. I work in a hospital and when stressful situations arise my ring will ask me if I’m OK cause my stress level has risen. Overall great product.

This is a new way of tracking your health it is informative and extremely accurate. Love it

Great customer service. Local store didn’t have my size, but ordered the right size for me and had it sent directly to me. Ring has given me great insights to my sleep and daily routines.

I love the Oura Ring. I was sick of smartwatches sending me alerts, it's really stressful. This is a better way to track. I just wish the finish didn't get scratched so easily!

Overall great! Sometimes my step count seems off, but I like the color and fit!

My wife loves it so far, it helps to improve her sleep based on tracking and how time slept or alcohol use the night before (if any) can affect it. I wish the monthly membership was cheaper

Purchased it for my fiancée and we tried the sizing kit but it seemed to fit differently then what the sizing kit recommended. She was in between the sizes so didn’t feel comfortable enough to wear it. We ended up returning it and didn’t get the chance to fully try out the features.

Great! Only downside is the ring scratches pretty quickly. They also dont offer half sizes so sizing kit is a must to figure out what finger works and the size you’ll need.
