    Red light leaves behind almost like an irritating heat rash on the finger when worn for extended periods of time like you are supposed to. They also charge a monthly fee to even use it to its full capabilities. You would think paying for a $4-500 ring would be enough to solve these problems.

    The ring is great. But for the sizing kit was for for Oura ring 3 not the 4

    Way nicer than the 3rd gen. I feel like the ring gives way more calories and exercise points than my Apple Watch. Not so sure how accurate this thing is.

    Some people enjoy these rings, but wearing one 24/7 just isn’t for me. I purchased this ring to see if I could track my oxygen levels throughout the day. This ring only tracks at night when you are sleeping. I have sensitive skin as well, and my skin didn’t react well after wearing it 24/7
