Works incredibly well, very accurate compared to other rings is the best. There’s a monthly subscription for the app, not that expensive but is totally worth it, since it gives you lots of information, advice and tracks more stats. The battery lasts about a week using it constantly and charges extremely fast.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for about two months now and it has become one of those things I check every morning without even thinking about it. The biggest value for me has been sleep tracking. The data feels detailed without being overwhelming. I like seeing not just how long I slept, but how my sleep quality changes depending on when I go to bed, if I drink alcohol, or if I work out late. It made me more aware of small habits that affect how rested I feel. The readiness and activity scores are also helpful. I don’t follow them blindly, but they’re a good reality check. There were days I felt fine but the ring showed poor recovery, and later I noticed I actually did feel more tired than I thought. Over time I’ve started pacing workouts better and taking rest days more seriously. Comfort-wise, I was worried about wearing a ring 24/7, but it’s been surprisingly easy. I barely notice it while sleeping or working. The battery life has been solid too. I usually charge it about once every 5 to 6 days. The app is clean and easy to use, and the trends over time are what really make it useful. It’s not just numbers, it’s patterns, and that’s what helped me change a few habits. It’s not perfect. The subscription model is a downside, and sometimes the activity tracking isn’t as detailed as a full fitness watch. But for what it’s designed for, recovery, sleep, and general wellness, it does a really good job. Overall, I’m glad I bought it. It’s helped me be more intentional about sleep and recovery, and after two months I feel like I’m getting real value from it.

Love this ring! At first I was hesitant because of the reviews. However, I love that it tracks my sleep and tells me my readiness for my day! I can barely feel the ring on my finger at night. Also their is a subscription for every thing so that really doesnt bother me. I haven’t had any scratches but I have brought ring covers from Amazon, if I want to change from silver to gold or vice versa.

I used to wesr an apple watch but i found it wouldnt accuratrly track my walking. It also would need to be charged every night otherwise id go a full day without tracking my activity. With the ring lasting 7 days, bettet tracking and overall more aesthetically pleasing, im happy!

So far, I’m enjoying the Oura Ring. I was more hyped before getting it than I am now after using it for a few weeks, but it’s still a great tool. I’m giving it time to fully get to know my body and align all the data—it’s clear that the insights get better the longer you use it. At this stage, I’d say it’s a nice-to-have, not a necessity. If you're into weightlifting, the ring definitely takes some getting used to. It’s not perfectly optimized for that kind of movement yet, but I’m curious to see how it adapts over time. Pro tip: get a cover for it as soon as possible! It'll protect the ring from scratches and help it stay in great shape.

Love this ring , my husband used it as his wedding ring . You wouldn’t be able to tell it’s a smart ring ! My husband has sleep apnea and uses it to track his sleep and it works amazingly. Highly recommend

I have used this ring for more than a year now and have generally appreciated it. It has a good usable app with clear insights into health data. Most of the positive reviews are correct about it. I have two main drawbacks with mine that result in the lost stars. The monthly subscription for the app is expensive for what you receive, especially considering other options don't charge for the app. The sleep tracking is why I have it, and it does seem to be very good, but I don't know how much longer it will be worth using due to the next drawback. The battery life of this device after a year has begun to drop off steeply. I used to get an easy 6-7 days while using the fitness tracking features while running. I am not currently using the fitness tracking features as actively and am getting 2-3 days of battery life max. Based on my conversations with the support bot from oura, and the app checking the ring, this is expected. It would be less of a problem if this were a warrantied defect, but as it stands, I don't believe I will be able to use this ring for a full day in another year. I had thought the benefit of paying the added monthly expense for the app would deliver higher value in terms of after purchase support and a more generous warranty, but that does not appear to be the case. With the battery life dropping, the charging dock not being a portable case like other models is becoming a heavy drawback as well. I wish I could rate this ring higher, but paying this much for a fitness tracker that lasts maybe 2 years at the current rate on top of a monthly subscription has made me begin to regret my purchase.

love this so far! It is great seeing my sleep and activity on it, without have to wear a bulky watch. The charge lasts me about 3 to 4 days. If you aren't used to wearing a ring it does take a few days to get used to but other than that, perfect.

Great ring, Apon opening it nake sure not to place the ring on the charger incorrectly because it will get stuck. Also keep in mind that fingers do swell from time to time so try not to get a ring that is too snug to begin with if you dont plan on using the sizing kit to find the ideal size. This ring does a great job of tracking my sleep habits. Do be aware that it will get scratched if you dont put a protective band on it right away.

Very useful for tracking sleeping patterns and menstrual cycle ! Not that great for tracking workouts so I pair it up with my Apple Watch. It has also helped me manage my stress and heart rate better . The downside is that it scratches very easily

I have both this and an Apple Watch and the Oura ring by far tracks my health way better than my Apple Watch. It accurately tracks my sleep, gives me a notification if I’m starting to get sick, tracks stress levels, exercise, heart rate and so much more the battery life is way better then my smart watch as well and charging is extremely quick I just pop it on the charger when I go to take a shower and by the time I get out of the shower it’s fully charged. I’d recommend the Oura ring to anyone who wants to keep a eye on their health and wellness of your body

Seems to track accurately, comparable to my apple watch. Realistic battery life has been averaging around 4.5-5 days between charges.
