I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

Great Christmas present for my wife, she loved it although I was unaware the size is not for the ring finger but for the index finger. Best Buy made it very easy to switch it out for the correct size!

I bought it as a gift and the person loved it. It will monitor her health all day and alert them to any deficiencies when necessary. It was recommended by an endocrinologist.

I loved my Oura ring. I have a hard time sleeping and knowing I got X amount of hours, specifically under 7, it forces me to try and sleep more when my score is low. It helped me prioritize that and definitely just overall rest when it detected stress on my body. Very insightful.

The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

Purchased for my wife. The sales person was great and helped a lot. I could not have done this without the help I received. My wife loves it. And uses it in conjunction with her Sense Fitbit watch.

Great ring to track your health and activity. I went the ring route because it’s easier to sleep with it on opposed to a watch or bracelet. This thing picks up a lot of health stats. Happy with my purchase.

The fit is good, and the battery life is great! It is a little bulky and takes some getting used to, but I like the insights that it gives. I don't like that I have to subscribe to the service in order to use it when some of the newer rings on the market are free to use.

The section in the store with the ring sizing models made it easier to find the proper size. Love the ring and all the information it's giving me- especially sleep habits. So much more comprehensive than anything else on the market.

love my oura ring! it has replaced my Apple Watch. definitely buy protectors off of amazon to prevent scratching. easily scratched but that doesn't bother me

My wife and I both got one and I love the color of this ring. Pros are the app itself has amazing simple flow. Cons are the ring is easily scratched and paying for yet another subscription

Great product!! Perfect ring for the healthy conscious. Know your heart, know yourself!! If overly too handy, get those silicon ring protectors … i hate any form of scratches!

Excellent ring. Not heavy at all and besides the fact it does scratch easily it does work wonders for you health. It’s a good device to track your sleep as it’s really accurate. I love the ring

One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood. The subscription fee is something to consider, but I figure my health is worth the equivalent of a cup of Starbucks every month!
